Shannon, 48, went 28-22 as head coach at Miami from 2007-2010. He was fired after the Hurricanes finished 7-5 in his final season. Texas Wildlife Parks police apprehended Kolb in Willacy County, Texas around 2:45 a.m. Saturday. He was charged with boating while intoxicated, and was released after posting his $3,000 bond later that afternoon. Kolb was released from the Buffalo Bills this past March.
