Tarkanian’s son-in-law, Dr. Zafi Diamant, said Tarkanian was dealing with a respiratory ailment and an infection. Rescue teams started looking for Christopher Johnson, 14, Frank Johnson, 8, Ethan Camille, 7, and 2-year-old Trey Camille when they didn’t return from a snowmobile ride in Nunum Iqua on Sunday. Alaska State Troopers said the four children were found at around 4.30 p.m. local time on Monday around 18 miles south of Nunum Iqua. The children had managed to locate a shelter in the area, KTUU reported. According to the station, a member of the rescue team said the children were “cold, hungry and tired,” but otherwise thought to be unharmed....

The officers were suspended without pay, an NYPD spokesperson told Newsweek on Thursday without disclosing further details or comments. Video surveillance obtained by the Daily News shows two officers on foot patrol and two others sitting in a patrol vehicle as several men were standing on the sidewalk. The officers were reportedly on a “crime reduction” duty, according to the Daily News, in which they were watching the men drink and gamble when a gun went off, apparently hitting one of the men in the leg....

A 47-year-old MTA employee, Andrea Vasquez, was on duty early Wednesday morning when she was punched in the face, according to Transport Workers Union Local 100.
