The former NBA star used some strong language while criticizing Alexis Jones, the woman who accused the Lakers guards of sexual harassment. Arenas said Jones is a “liar” and “pathetic” and made up the allegations.

Warriors center Andrew Bogut didn’t get as explicit, but he did cast his doubts on Jones’ story by referencing a dairy product.

The Lakers, after investigating, are backing their young guards. “We support Nick and Jordan and believe what they told us about the incidents and their actions,” the team said in a statement. “We also are supportive of Alexis and her feelings about what happened, about women’s rights, and of the fine work Alexis is doing with her organization.”
