Giants Lose Three Players To Injury Including Second Round Pick Landon Collins

Collins suffered a knee injury, although the team later reported that X-rays were negative. Thompson suffered an Achilles injury and was out for the remainder of the game. Thompson had to be carted off the field, indicating his injury could be serious.

Veteran cornerback Trumaine McBride also missed the remainder of the game after injuring a hamstring. 

McBride, a seventh-round pick of the Bears in 2007, is in his third season with the Giants. He played in six games last year, with one start, and recorded his fourth career interception.
