Collins made it known as he transistioned to the pros that he was a Redskins fan, and that the late, great saftey was one of his favorites. “My favorite team was the Redskins because I grew up a Clinton Portis and Sean Taylor fan,” Collins told Alabama.com before the 2015 NFL Draft. “So it’s always been the Redskins.”

Of course, as fate would have it, he ended up going to a division rival. But business aside, Collins remains a fan of Taylor.
