Georgia Linebacker Proposes On The Field After Team S Blowout Win

Georgia linebacker Jake Ganus proposed to his girlfriend following his team’s 52-20 thrashing of South Carolina on Saturday.

Ganus got down on one knee after the game, and asked girlfriend Peyton Thomas to marry him. She replied with an excited, if inaudible, yes.

What makes this even more of a fairy-tale ending? Ganus, a senior, is in his first year with Georgia after transferring from UAB during the program’s temporary disbandment.
