The Genesis Open marks Tiger’s second PGA Tour event in as many months, and his first return to the Riviera Golf Course since 2006.
MORE: How to watch Tiger at the Genesis Open
Tiger had to overcome some early difficulties teeing off, going 2-over after three holes through the day. He managed to break even through the back nine before falling back to 2-over through 16 holes. He managed a birdie and par on his 17th and 18th holes, respectively, salvaging the day. He finishes the day five shots behind Tom Hoge, who finishes his round at 4-under.
