Some complaints are certainly legitimate: there are problems with the way PS3 handles early HDTVs, and the wireless controllers can occasionally go wonky. Others are nitpicky: yes, setting up the PS3 can take up to 30 minutes, but you only have to do it once. But some, like complaints about the interface, ignore the fact that millions of people are familiar with the menu system from using the PSP. Still, Sony is scrambling to resolve these issues. And with the promise of future PS3-exclusive games like Final Fantasy XIII and Gran Turismo 5, Playstation 3 will have plenty of time to win over gamers.
