With the Gamecocks’ ‘2001’ entrance music playing, the players cheered as the sky turned dark.
South Carolina football coach Will Muschamp must have had a change of heart, after laughing at a reporter’s question about the eclipse.
“What day is the eclipse going to happen,” Muschamp said. “We ought to shut our eyes when it happens or something? I have no idea. I’m not very good with that kind of stuff.”
He certainly allowed the players to have a very cool moment.
