Jordan has always been known for his competitive streak, but it’s reached a boiling point now that he can’t zip through the course at his own lighting speed.

After buying a $12.4 million mansion on the land six years ago, it comes as no surprise that Jordan is looking elsewhere to get his golfing fix now the Bear’s Club isn’t quite as exclusive as it used to be. It has become a hub for elite golfers over recent years, drawing in the likes of Luke Donald and Rory McIlroy.

Jordan already has a plot of land in mind, located near Hobe South in Florida. Although it is said to have a lot of work, he intends to hire a designer to smooth the edges and make it into his dream course.

Only Michael Jordan would do such a thing.

“He’s going to keep it small, probably fewer than a hundred,” the source said. “Fellow athletes, buddies, and other people who come highly recommended.”
