Kansas, who defeated New Mexico State Friday, had plenty of fans to support them in Omaha. Some of those fans ran into Farokhmanesh who didn’t initially reveal his identity. His plan was to ask them about their favorite tournament moments and their least favorite. His hope was to have fans say their least favorite was when his shot sealed the game in 2010.
The results were hilarious as fans had to meet their enemy face-to-face. One fan claims he went to therapy after that shot.
“I’ve erased that memory already. I went through therapy. I don’t want to talk about that one.”
Overall, the Kansas fans handeled the situation well. They complimented Farokhmanesh on his shot and wished him well.
The most interesting part of the video was when he interviewed a couple of Northern Iowa fans. He asked them what they remembered from the 2010 tournament.
Yes, a person who had a finance class with him couldn’t recognize him as they stood next to one another.
