Richardson, 34, who also had stints with the Warriors, Bobcats, Suns and Magic, averaged 17.1 points, 5.0 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 1.2 steals in 857 NBA games over his career.

He was drafted No. 5 overall by the Warriors out of Michigan State, where he won the 2000 NCAA national championship, in the 2001 NBA Draft.
