Hardy III was drafted in the second round of the 2008 NFL Draft and spent four years in the league. He played for the Buffalo Bills from 2008-10, then played for the Baltimore Ravens in 2011, though he never took a snap for the team. He attempted to play in the Arena Football League in 2012 and 2013.
Hardy was born in Fort Wayne and attended high school at Fort Wayne Elmhurst before starring at Indiana University.
