After he was reported missing by friends last Saturday, police say they found his body in his van located in a secluded spot near a river. They added, “it was apparent that Bourbon committed suicide.”

Bourbon played football for the Jayhawks until 2014. He played in all 12 games as a junior before missing his senior season because of an injury. He then transferred to Division II Washburn for the 2015 season where he led the team in rushing with 937 yards.
