Former Kansas Forward White Will Transfer To Nebraska

Well, if he does, it’ll be at Nebraska.

A 6-6 small forward from Richmond, Va., White wound up playing fewer minutes as a sophomore than he did as a freshman. He scored in double figures twice in the team’s first four games, against Louisiana-Monroe and Towson, but his influence quickly waned and he wound up taking 16 DNPs. He chose to transfer at the end of the season.

White told Adam Zagoria of SNY.tv by text he had committed to join the Huskers program. He will have two years of eligibility starting in 2015-16. Nebraska coach Tim Miles tweeted Monday, following White’s commitment, that it had been a “GREAT start to the week.”
