As a result of a freak accident, involving firewords Fouth of July weekend, the Giants rescinded a 5-year, $60-million contract offer. The 26-year-old also had to have his right index finger amputated and is facing a six-week recovery. Tha’s not to mention the blow to his public image and the negative impact it could have on his team to start training camp. However, he hasn’t lost the support of former teammate and captain Antrel Rolle. Rolle, who plays for the Bears now, penned a heartfelt Instagram message for his friend, going through tough times.
