At the time of his arrest, Trudeau’s blood-alcohol content was .31, nearly four times the legal limit of 0.08. He is also accused of threatening a police officer as he was being arrested, according to the report.

The 52-year-old also found himself in hot water in 2007, when he allowed underage drinking at his home. He paid a $2,500 fine for that incident.

Trudeau was a second-round pick by the Colts in the 1986 draft and went on to play for Indianapolis until 1993. He spent a year with the Jets and a year with the Panthers before he retired in 1995.
