A jury acquitted Harris of the felony domestic violence charge in a trial last month.
As part of the terms of the agreement, Harris will also be required to complete 104 hours of domestic violence counseling.
Harris and Geier's spat began when Geier allegedly poured soy sauce on Harris's rice as the couple dined at a restaurant in Menlo Park, Calif in August of 2012.
