Ford dealers in Texas are selling a commemorative Cowboys edition of the F-150 truck, according to ESPN , celebrating the opening of the team’s Ford Center practice facility. The four-door truck comes in Cowboys silver and has team stitching on the front doors and tailgate along with star center caps in the center of its 20-inch chrome rims. It also has an interior badge signed by Cowboys owner Jerry Jones....

According to the Detroit Free Press, Ford confirmed it had reached out to employees in hopes they will return to work this week in preparation for upcoming operational relaunches. In a statement to the newspaper on Sunday, Ford’s global manufacturing and communications manager Kelli Felker did not provide details regarding a reopening timeline. “We are asking a small number of hourly and salaried workers to return to work this week in preparation for a restart at a future date, which has not yet been determined,” Felker told the outlet....

The Mustang Mach-E was the third best-selling EV in the U.S. last year, behind the Tesla Model 3 and Model Y. Its new pricing makes the Ford more competitive against Elon Musk’s car brand. A press release from Ford says that, “the updated pricing is part of Ford’s plan to keep the SUV competitive in a rapidly changing market, while strengthening Ford’s position.” Increased production capacity will reduce customer wait times and streamline costs, the automaker relayed....

To George Bush and Bill Clinton, cutting deficits ranks somewhere in vote-getting appeal behind the American Battle Monuments Commission, say, or patent-law reform. So Bush mentions budget balancing just once in his campaign bible, the 29-page “Agenda for American Renewal.” Clinton, in his full-blown 172-page campaign-issues book, “Putting People First,” mentions the deficit twice up front and then forgets it....

She has denied wrongdoing....

Joshua Gilbert, 42, was originally arrested on one charge on April 1. A grand jury process into his case later brought to light many more instances of sexual assault against the victim, ranging from 2012 to 2017 and beginning when she was 15. Since the grand jury investigation, he has been indicted on 18 counts of sexual assault. If convicted, Gilbert could face between 10 and 20 years in prison per count....

A top-100 recruit coming out of high school, Fischer was part of a touted Indiana freshmen class. But he fell behind in minutes with freshmen Noah Vonleh playing in the middle and Troy Williams handling the forward position. To make things worse, Fischer suffered an injury in preseason and averaged 2.8 points and 2.1 rebounds in 13 games at Indiana. He leaves an Indiana team that is now 10-5 on the season for Marquette, who are light on inside production outside of Jamil Wilson and Chris Otule....

Dallas police said in a statement that Emmett was sitting in his vehicle outside of his home when he was approached by two suspects with a handgun. Emmett was shot during the ensuing altercation. Emmett enjoyed a decorated career at Texas Tech from 2000-2004 and still holds the program record for career points at 2,256. He was a three-time Big 12 All-Conference first-team selection and a consensus All-American in 2004....

The office of Fulton County District Attorney Paul Howard Jr. said 14 people were arrested Wednesday after a seven-month investigation. District Attorney's spokeswoman Yvette Jones says in a statement that Crittenton and the others are accused of selling cocaine and several hundred pounds of marijuana. Crittenton's attorney, Brian Steel, told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution his client is innocent, adding they'll "fight any and every false allegation" against Crittenton. Crittenton was out on bond awaiting trial on murder charges in the August 2011 shooting death of an Atlanta woman....

“I think it’s an absolute disgrace,” Staat said. “We have a professional athlete who has pulled the race card, he’s pulled the victim card. Bannan allegedly shot the woman at Black Lab Sports in Boulder before fleeing the scene. The woman sustained non-life-threatening injuries, according to police. Bannan, 40, was arrested by police and taken into custody at the Boulder County Jail. Police say Bannan had “couple of guns in his bag.” Bannan was interviewed by police after his arrest and made “statements about the Russian mafia being after him,” according to the arrest affidavit....

Lynch threw for 2,892 yards and 24 touchdowns during his senior season with the Huskies. He also rushed for 1,920 yards and 23 TDs. The 23-year-old Lynch, who finished third in the Heisman Trophy voting, is listed as a running back on the Bears' release.
